I had the absolute best experience with JobHunt. While it was quite pricey, it proved to be worth every penny. With limited experience, I had been struggling to secure interviews for some time. אני הגעתי לגו'בהאנט לאחר 20 שנה במטבח, קורס בדיקות תוכנה וחצי שנה של חיפוש עבודה בתקופת פוסט קורונה,
גר בשלומי ומלא בספקות אבל מלא תקווה.
קרן הייתה נדיבה, עוזרת ותומכת כבר מהרגע הראשון הסבירה לי שצריך להשקיע בתהליך וכך באמת היה....
הצלחתי להבין איך לכתוב קו'ח מקצועיים וכל שבועיים תקנו אותם לפי הצורך, עבדנו על לינקדאין שיראה מדוגם,
עברתי סדנאת ראיונות עבודה אצל נאווה שהייתה מקסימה ואכפתית, נרשמתי לכמה אתרים בחינם שנתנו לי כלים לעבוד כפרילנסר עד שאני ימצא עבודה ובכך גם רכשתי ניסיון וגם עשיתי קצת כסף ועוד מלא תמיכה ריגשית מקצועית ללא פשרות.
הרבה מאוד טלפונים התחילו לזרום וגם הרבה מאוד תהליכים בחברות שונות אם הרבה אכזבות. מתחילת אוגוסט דברו איתי לגבי משרת מהנדס מכונות עם שנתיים ניסיון - ואיכשהו הגעתי לאחר ראיון בזום, ראיון פרונטלי ומבחן לצומת דרכים שלא דברו איתי מאותו מקום עבודה חודש וחצי בזמן הזה הספיקה לפרוץ המלחמה, ופוננו לבית מלון והמצב הפך להיות מורכב מאוד.
פתאום בתחילת חודש נובמבר אמרו לי שרוצים להמשיך איתי.... - עוד ראיון, ועוד ראיון( בלי מחשב בפלאפון כי ברחנו מהבית שלנו בצפון) ואחרי 8 שלבים בתהליך הגיע הטלפון שרוצים להמשיך איתי לחוזה עבודה.
זה אור גדול בתקופה בעייתית מעין כמותה, אני פשוט לא מאמין שהגעתי מגבול הצפון, בלי ניסיון, בודק תוכנה למשרת מהנדס מכונות עם שנתיים ניסיון בחברה שהיא 20 דקות מהבית שלי.
הכל בזכות קרן והצוות המהמם של גו'בהאנט, ותודה אחרונה לאישתי המושלמת, אהבת חיי, על התמיכה והאמינה בי לאורך כל הדרך...

Started my process with Yelena in September, she got to know me and rewrite my CV.
After each publication I got many calls from recruiters, even companies that aren't on LinkedIn jobs.
Yelena was available and thoughtful for me throughout all of this process and gave me tips for job interviews.
There is no chance that from now on I won't use Job Hunt to find jobs, their service is the best!

קיבלתי שירות מעולה. הייתי צריך אותם בעיקר בשביל הליווי וכדי לא להרגיש שאני לבד בתהליך. ילנה עזרה לי מאוד! לשנות את הקו"ח ומפעם לפעם גם שיפצרנו אותו עד שהגענו לרמה הטובה ביותר.
את ההפצה של הקו"ח עושים פעם בשבועיים. קיבלתי די הרבה פניות בטלפון אחרי כל הפצה. בסוף התהליך הייתי כבר עם שני חוזים ביד מחברות מצוינות, אמנם לשתיהן שלחתי את הקו"ח בעצמי אבל זה עבד בעיקר כי כבר הייתי מספיק מיומן בשיחות הטלפון והקו"ח באמת נראו טוב.
סה"כ אני מאוד מרוצה מהשירות וממליץ בחום אם אתם מרגישים שהקוח שלכם זקוק לשיפור, אתם אבודים או
צריכים את הדחיפה הזו. לי זה עזר מאוד!

אז קיבלתי שירות נפלא מקרן מהרגע הראשון . דחפה כל הזמן לעדכן קו"ח ומכתב מקדים ולתעד . זה גם גרם לי להיות מאוד אקטיבי בחיפוש. במשפט אחד אגיד שזה היה תהליך חיפוש העבודה המהיר ביותר שהיה לי. תודה על הכל!

I find Jobhunt's service very useful, starting with writing well my cv and going on with distributing my cv officially.
My rucruiter has a very nice supporting attitude, which helped me focus on the important things during the job search.

קודם כל מקום מקצועי, ידעו לכוון אותי נכון, לבנות את הקורות חיים ואיך להתנהל מול מעסיקים, אם זה בתחילת התהליך או בסוף.
בתור בוגר מכללה, הקורות חיים שלי לא עברו סינונים אוטומטיים וקיבלתי ראיונות רק ל 4 חברות בחודשיים. וזה כשיש לי ניסיון כמרצה למדמח והרבה פרויקטים מרשימים (חברים אחרים לא קיבלו אפילו זימון אחד).
גובהאנט שולח את הקוח יש לאנשים בתוך החברה ועובר את הסינונים האוטומטים. בעזרת גובהאנט קיבלתי טלפונים ממקומות שלבד לא זימנו אותי כי פשוט היה סינון רובוטי.
ברגע שהם מפרסמים אותך הטלפון שלך לא מפסיק לצ (אמיתי) וזה עוד כשאני לא מתמחה ב front ו react, js וכו'... אם אתם מתעסקים ב front פשט תתפוצצו בטלפונים.
זימנו אותי למקומות שאפילו לא רצו לגייס ג'וניור כי פשוט לא היו צריכים ובזכות גובהאנט ראו את הקוח שלי והחליטו להתחיל איתי תהליך.
מקומות עם 2+ שנים ניסיון גם זימנו אותי והם ידעו שאין לי ניסיון כי הם קיבלו את הקוח ואהבו (מזכיר לכם, רובוט סינון אוטומטי היה פוסל).
המעסיק העכשוי שלי קיבל את הקוח שלי במייל שלו ולא חיפש ג'וניור. אבל בסוף קלט אותי.

I was laid off and used Jobhunt again, and even in this tough market I got several calls using Jobhunt service.
Of course not as much as the last time when the market was in good condition but I got more than others that were not using jobhunt (a call every one week- which is good).
Also want to say that Yelena helped me in the process, she is professional and expert, knows what to do, working with her made me less stressed!

My previous employee connected me with JobHunt and from the first minute I felt I was in good hands. It's not easy to start searching when you worked for almost 20 years in the same company. And they - and personally Jelena Kovač - gave me full support with every step, helped me to write my CV, gave good advice about the LinkedIn page, created structure for all the chaotic and exhausting recruitment process. And, of course, gave my CV a lot of exposure. At any time and with any question I knew I had someone to talk to, to discuss, to get a second opinion. It was great knowing that someone has my back.

Took me time to decide to use a professional assistance for my job hunting, I've looked into few service but something clicked between me and Nancy that spoke with me.
When I device I was very happy that Nancy was the one assigned to work with me.
Between her calmness and explanations about the process and hi things need to be done, even when some times I thought we should so things differently.
Eventually her recommendations worked.
It was a bumpy and somehow long process but it worked very well.

My experience with Jobhunt has been quite a positive journey, from the time I left my previous job until I started a new one. Their process revolves around crafting the perfect CV for the new role I was perusing. Very helpful during the whole process - rewriting my CV and the cover letter according to industry standards,
interview preparations, publishing my CV, consultions. They are always available via WhatsApp to any questions or hesitantions.
The service is highly recommended to everyone who needs some help or confidence during the process!

Hey guys, wanted to let you know about my amazing experience with JobHunt.
At first, I was a little nervous getting into this process without any experience in the field or knowledge of what's gonna happen...
After going through the initial step, I met the lovely Yelena who made the entire process much easier and made sure to encourage me and be with me every step of the way.

קיבלתי את השירות של ג'ובהאנט מהחברה הקודמת בה עבדתי. בהתחלה הייתי קצת סקפטי, אבל מהר מאוד הבנתי שאני מקבל הרבה מאוד ערך.
השירות נותן ליווי בכל שלבי חיפוש העבודה, ועוזר להשתפר בכל אחד מהם.
קיבלתי עזרה בבניית קורות החיים בצורה טובה, הפצה שלהם למספר ענק של חברות, ופגישות אישיות (עם נאווה שהיתה מצוינת!) כדי לשפר ולדייק בכל פעם את מה שצריך (קורות חיים, אופן מענה על שאלות בראיון ועוד) על מנת למצוא את העבודה הטובה והמתאימה ביותר.
אציין כי בסופו של דבר אכן מצאתי עבודה מעולה בעזרת השירות.
