We’re known for creating inspiring high-quality trips and building meaningful communities with our participants — before during and after their time in Israel. Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role you’ll lead and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and build engagement through multiple channels — online and on the ground. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across SMS and social media. Manage and update the company website to ensure it reflects current offerings and branding. Create marketing assets including flyers digital brochures and other promotional materials. Coordinate with freelance social media managers and internal teams Admin) to ensure unified messaging. Analyze marketing efforts and optimize based on performance metrics. Occasionally meet Birthright groups in person while they are in Israel to build familiarity with participants gather insights and help generate future leads. Support community building among participants and alumni. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills analytical thinking and a proactive approach. Experience with digital marketing especially and SMS campaigns. Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends. Experience with website content management Wix or similar) and basic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Express). Native-level English speaker a plus but not required). Understanding of Birthright Israel and the recruitment funnel – a major advantage. Willingness to occasionally work late hours or in the field (especially during participant season).
