We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the local HR team and HR consulting team. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating various HR processes ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience. It requires a proactive independent approach with the ability to lead projects drive initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Projects & Initiatives: Implementing HR programs and tools. Take ownership of project tasks track progress and coordinate resources to ensure successful execution of HR initiatives.
HR Operations: Support and coordinate HR processes and cyclical programs with attention to detail and efficiency. Partner with team members to enable a One Microsoft approach to HR ensuring alignment in local HR services delivery and participating in HR governance meetings or discussions as needed.
Data & AI Enablement: Leverage HR data and AI tools to identify trends support decision-making and promote AI upskilling initiatives aligned with organizational capability needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute HR initiatives and address any operational issues promptly to ensure HR deliverables are met.
Employee & managers Support: Collaborate with the HR consulting team to triage and answer inquiries around policies HR processes Employee Relations and Co.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years’ experience in HR roles in
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity.
Project coordination and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented well organized team player and trustworthy
