About the Role
We’re looking for our first Customer Success hire — someone ambitious adaptable and excited to grow with us. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team owning client success and shaping how we build long-term relationships. This is not a hand-held role: you’ll have autonomy responsibility and the chance to make your mark.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure Client Success: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
- Onboard & Adopt: Train users build implementation plans and drive time-to-value.
- Drive Outcomes: Set success plans monitor account health and proactively remove blockers.
- Support Clients: Manage the support queue and work with Product on solutions.
- Expand Accounts: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with sales.
- Voice of the Customer: Surface insights to influence product and strategy.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in Customer Success Account Management or a client-facing role a plus).
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
- Tech savvy comfortable with CRM tools Salesforce
- Growth mindset adaptability and eagerness to learn fast.
