Now we’re looking for a Community & Growth Manager to help us grow – by building authentic relationships engaging smart professionals and creating meaningful first touchpoints with future clients. This role blends customer success SDR marketing and community building – perfect for someone who thrives on communication structure and people. In this role you’ll: • Be the first to engage with new prospects – listen ask the right questions and guide them forward • Build and run a growing community of LPs and allocators – through webinars roundtables newsletters and 1:1 relationships • Work with marketing and sales on campaigns and messaging that drive engagement • Research relevant accounts and help us reach the right people the right way Who you are: • A confident communicator (in English – both written and spoken) • Detail-oriented proactive and reliable • Curious about finance SaaS and innovation • Experienced in customer-facing roles – SDR CSM community marketing or similar Sound like a fit?
