We at One Zero Bank are looking forProduct Manager Description One Zero Bank is looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy development and execution of our digital banking products. As a key player in our product team you will drive innovation enhance user experiences and ensure the successful delivery of new banking solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of fintech banking and emerging financial technologies. Your Day-to-Day • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital banking products aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives. • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering design compliance and marketing to build and launch new features. • Analyze customer behavior market trends and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products. • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvements. • Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations. • Advocate for a customer-first approach by leveraging user research feedback and data-driven insights. • Spearhead initiatives to adopt and integrate emerging technologies into One Zero Bank’s ecosystem. • Manage stakeholder communication ensuring alignment across teams and leadership on product priorities and progress. • Drive go-to-market strategies ensuring smooth product rollouts and adoption.
