Job Responsibilities: ● Manage the SEO team and own all of SEO assets and projects. ● Manage keyword research and on-site content optimization and track all non-paid channels while ensuring that the team is meeting company’s goals. ● Define conversion road-map based on trends and potential growth segments. ● Devise strategies to maximize the reach and visibility of content and relevance to local markets. ● Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates traffic and conversions. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Content Marketing Blog Contributors etc. Job Requirements: ● 5+ years of experience in SEO. ● 2+ years of experience in team management. ● Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager. ● Deep understanding of industry tools: Webmaster Tools AdWords Mox Screaming Frog CrazyEgg Ahrefs AWR etc. ● Technical background and knowledge of HTML JavaScript FLASH AJAX and CSS as they relate to SEO. ● Outstanding analytical skills and communication abilities.
