Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually captivating designs including packaging promotional materials digital assets and more. - Create and manipulate graphics illustrations and layouts using industry-standard software including Photoshop After Effects Illustrator Premiere and Figma. - Conceptualize and design engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines ensuring consistency and delivering a compelling brand experience. - Stay up to date with industry trends design techniques and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing product development and photography to ensure designs effectively communicate our brand message. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a graphic designer. - Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Photoshop After Effects Illustrator Premiere and Figma. - Have extensive knowledge in: color correction and retouching. - Knowledge of the beauty industry and a passion for cosmetics and beauty trends is a plus - Excellent visual and communication skills with the ability to effectively translate ideas into compelling designs. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
