A strategic and hands-on technical support leadership role in a fast-paced mission-driven tech environment.
In this role you will support global customers through complex delivery projects PoCs and demos. You'll mentor support teams lead troubleshooting efforts and shape support operations tools and processes.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in customer-facing tech roles Support Manager FAE TAM
Strong technical and leadership skills
Linux hands-on expertise preferred)
Scripting and SQL querying experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with support tools
Fluent English (spoken and written)
