Job Description
We are looking for a Support & Pre-Sales Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing skills. In this hybrid role you will focus on providing hands-on technical support while also playing a key role in pre-sales engagements and contributing to early customer success efforts post-sale.
You’ll work directly with users and prospects to troubleshoot issues guide product usage and ensure technical alignment throughout the customer journey—from initial engagement to successful onboarding. This includes assisting with product installation delivering basic training and conducting remote sessions to support adoption and integration. The role sits at the intersection of support solution engineering and customer success helping ensure our customers quickly realize value from the platform
Responsibilities:
Deliver responsive hands-on technical support to customers and prospects.
Work closely with the sales team to support technical evaluations demos and proof-of-concept implementations.
Engage with technical stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions using our platform.
Assist new customers through onboarding ensuring smooth deployment and early success.
Act as a trusted advisor to both prospective and existing customers on product capabilities and best practices.
Capture customer feedback and partner with product and engineering teams to inform ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
Fluent English
Full-time on-site position at our Jerusalem office
Flexibility to work off-hours as needed to support our global customers.
2+ years of experience in a technical role such as Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer IT Consultant or Junior System Administrator
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks identity providers security protocols APIs)
Ability to hold technical conversations with enterprise IT teams (architecture security deployment)
Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to speak to both technical and business stakeholders
Experience with cloud platforms or on-prem deployments is a strong plus
Familiarity with AI NLP or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus
