We’re looking for a full-time Studio Manager to lead our Paint Your Own Pottery Studio in Tel Aviv. This role combines business operations team leadership and customer experience to ensure smooth daily operations financial success and a welcoming creative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Logistics – Oversee daily workflow scheduling inventory and equipment maintenance.
Business & Finance – Manage budgets expenses pricing and revenue growth strategies.
Team Leadership – Recruit train and manage staff ensuring high morale and performance.
Customer Experience & Sales – Deliver exceptional service handle feedback and grow partnerships.
Marketing Oversight – Supervise social media strategy and community engagement.
