WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across diverse industries and clients. Platform Expertise: Manage campaigns hands-on across Google Ads Meta Microsoft Ads TikTok DV360 and more. Budget Optimization: Maximize ROI through bid refinement audience targeting creative testing and ongoing performance enhancements. Continuous Optimization: Leverage real-time data conduct A/B testing and use performance insights to drive smarter decisions. Client Partnership: Be a trusted advisor to clients – proactively guiding strategy communicating results and identifying growth opportunities. Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with platform updates and trends to apply best practices and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Build and deliver detailed reports with clear KPIs actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative tech and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns with proven success (agency or in-house). Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field – must. Deep knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads and other performance platforms. Strong analytical thinking and experience with attribution models and performance tracking. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics Tag Manager and performance dashboards. Fluent in Hebrew and English – excellent written and verbal skills.
