Responsibilities: Managing existing customer accounts and identifying new clients in the aesthetic medicine field. Providing professional consultation, training, and personal guidance to physicians in tailoring customized solutions for clinical needs. Leading the sales process – from product presentation and negotiation to closing deals. Meeting sales targets and expanding the division’s market share. Collaborating with marketing teams, clinical training, and other departments with a long-term strategic outlook. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Nursing or a paramedical background – mandatory. At least 2 years of sales experience in aesthetic medicine or medical devices – strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships. Ability to self-learn technological products and medical processes. Strong marketing orientation and high-level negotiation skills. Proficiency in technology and computing, including AI, presentation building, Excel, and more. High-level English – mandatory; additional languages are an advantage. Valid driver's license – mandatory.
