We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to establish and lead our new sales department in Tel Aviv. What You'll Do:
Lead & Scale a Large Team: Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and motivate a team of 15-20+ Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Build & Optimize Infrastructure: Design, implement, and refine robust sales processes, reporting mechanisms, CRM utilization, and comprehensive training programs to maximize team efficiency and performance.
Drive Aggressive Growth: Set ambitious, data-driven sales targets for a large team, monitor performance diligently, and implement proactive strategies to ensure consistent achievement and surpass goals.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with US management and cross-functional teams to align on sales objectives, market penetration strategies, and product development feedback.
Performance Coaching: Provide individualized coaching and development plans for team members, addressing performance gaps and nurturing top talent.
What You'll Need:
Extensive Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience managing sales teams, with at least 2-3 years directly leading a team of 15-20+ sales professionals.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and optimizing sales operations, including establishing processes and consistently achieving large-scale targets.
Native English: Mandatory native English proficiency for seamless and effective communication with US counterparts and for leading an English-speaking team.
Strong Hebrew: Good knowledge of Hebrew for effective management, operational coordination, and understanding the local market.
US Work Hours: Ability to work US time zone hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Israel time). This schedule is essential for managing the team and coordinating with US leadership.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies and use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
