Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolutions and capturing insights to prevent recurrence.
- Maintaining a consistently positive attitude.
- Reduce churn and maximize customer retention
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize client requests.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- On going training oriented and Improvement driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - MUST
- Experience in customer servicer or customer retention - A Plus
