Regional Sales Recruiter Yael Adventures is one of Birthright’s top trip organizers offering inspiring Birthright tours to Israel. We pride ourselves on creating a close-knit community from pre-registration through post-trip. Our trip offerings include classic 10-day Birthright trips 8-14 day volunteer trips as well as Fellowship programs. Job Title Regional Sales Recruiter Time) Type Freelance Contract Compensation ● 3 750/month hours a week) + Bonuses (up to 10 per participant) ● This is a contract position to be paid monthly Role & Responsibilities The Regional Sales Recruiter will engage with local Jewish communities to build long-term partnerships to recruit for Yael Adventures Israel programs. This includes but is not limited to; meeting with and establishing relationships with local Jewish organizations and leaders tabling at community events and programs and acting as an ambassador to promote our trips and attending community events. We are looking for someone who is energized by engaging with others has a deep understanding of Jewish life locally and cares deeply about bringing young people to Israel. Requirements ● Reside in or near Miami FL ● Prior experience in organizational Jewish life ● Ability to work nights and weekends as needed ● Strong knowledge of/connections with Jewish communities locally ● People-oriented self-motivated and ability to work independently ● Strong communication and organizational skills ● Positive attitude and a commitment and passion for bringing young people to Israel ● Marketing or sales experience is a plus ● Access to a car ● Ability to travel 15% of the time What We Offer ● Flexible remote work ● 3 750/month base pay plus performance-based bonuses. ● Opportunity to have a direct impact by engaging with Jewish communities.
