Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Account Manager to support and develop our global B2B customer base. In this role you will be responsible for managing daily interactions with international clients ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and proactively driving business growth. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced professional environment and develop expertise in the nuclear medicine industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Commercial Account Management: Own and grow relationships with key international customers and partners ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
· Revenue Growth: Identify upselling cross-selling and new business opportunities across regions. Lead commercial discussions and support the sales pipeline.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain production QA finance) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
· Market & Customer Insights: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends risks and opportunities.
· Business Reporting: Track account performance and maintain updated CRM records meeting notes and commercial follow-ups.
· Customer Engagement: Build strong customer rapport by delivering a professional and consultative approach to each interaction.
· Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals quotes and materials for customer meetings and business reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B account management business development or commercial sales preferably in pharmaceuticals medical devices diagnostics or biotech.
· Strong business orientation with a proven ability to manage customers and drive growth.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Life Sciences Chemistry or related field.
· Experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams.
· Fluent in English and Hebrew; other languages are a plus.
· Familiarity with export logistics or regulated product supply chains is a strong advantage.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Highly organized self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
· Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally be on call.
