Key Responsibilities : Lead cross-functional project development teams Drive CMC planning and execution Oversee transition from research to clinical stages Ensure regulatory and quality compliance Requirements : Ph.D. in Molecular Biology Immunology Cell Therapy Immuno-Oncology or a related field Proven leadership in biotech/pharma R&D environments Deep understanding of cell biology CMC and advanced therapy development Hands-on experience in clinical development preferably through Phase 3 Strong multitasking and team management capabilities.
