QA Tech Lead & Manual) On-site | Kfar Saba | Growing Startup We’re looking for a QA Tech Lead to join a fast-growing startup in Kfar Saba. This is a key hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the VP R&D. You’ll lead the company’s QA domain build automation frameworks and ensure product quality across both automated and manual testing. As QA Tech Lead you’ll define testing strategy mentor QA engineers and take an active role in both automation and manual testing processes — ensuring efficient reliable and scalable quality practices. Responsibilities: Lead the QA domain end-to-end: planning execution automation and manual testing. Design and implement automation frameworks and testing tools. Perform manual testing when required ensuring full coverage and quality. Mentor QA engineers and promote testing best practices. Collaborate with R&D Product and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases. Drive continuous improvement through metrics KPIs and process optimization. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software QA including both automation and manual testing. 2+ years of experience in a technical or team leadership position. Strong hands-on experience with Java- must. Proven experience with automation frameworks Appium or similar). Solid understanding of QA methodologies Agile processes and CI/CD environments. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent- an advantage.
