Our company is revolutionizing the independent retail industry by providing them with cost-effective, state of the art point of sale systems and complementary services such as apps for store management and consumer ordering, web store front for the store, and loyalty programs allowing small retailers to more effectively compete with the larger store chains and online merchants. We are deployed in well over 20 thousand stores across the US at this time. Our development team is in search of a well-rounded and experienced senior product manager to help us identify and spec out new features, develop and implement roadmaps, and help us wisely expand our product suite. What You Will Be Doing Perform market research and competitive analysis to plan our product roadmaps and recommend new products and features and pricing Work with management to create product roadmaps, broken down into release schedules with product/feature details and further into tasks for the development group Help coordinate the development team(s) involved, and track progress, escalating any significant issues Produce content for our marketing and support departments describing our new products and features for both internal and customer presentation/documentation Participate in planning and status meetings Maintain an online presence for communication, which is currently based on Slack Required Skills & Experience Native level English speaker/writer 5-10+ years experience in product management B2C experience Experience working on a self-ordering Kiosk AND/OR experience working on POS/Retail/Restaurant technology- MUST Demonstrated ability to develop and manage own deliverable schedule and work independently Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: senior management, coworkers, peers in different functional areas, etc. Top-notch analytical abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to: research market conditions translate complex topics into straightforward explanations coordinate across disciplines to discuss system designs and solutions with developers, product owners, QA, etc. Project management Desired Skills & Experience Real world experience providing in-store and ecommerce solutions for convenience stores, small restaurants, and/or other small businesses SQL and database structure knowledge a plus Technical writing experience a big plus eCommerce experience a plus Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence a plus Experience in B2B and B2C systems in complex product suites Experience identifying the best tools for roadmapping and feature coordination across a complex product ecosystem with many stakeholder groups Location: Hybrid Remote and our office in Jerusalem, Israel Send cv to hotjobs@rybtech.com Product Manager for POS/Restaurant/Kiosk Technology Systems Sign in, Upload Resume, Quick Apply : https://jobswipe.co/jobs/product-manager-for-pos-restaurant-kiosk-technology-systems-66d8263e7fb1af81ed642b73 Developed With Love In Tel-Aviv JobSwipe.co
