Position: Project Manager / Client Manager Location: Ra'anana Hybrid remote 1–2 days per week in the office) Company: Growing Startup in the Water Utility Sector Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Client Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing support of our clients specifically water utility organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of data structures and databases alongside a strong client-facing skillset to effectively manage relationships and provide continuous support. Key Responsibilities: Lead client onboarding guiding them through system setup and ensuring smooth integration of our solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients troubleshooting issues and ensuring the correct usage of the platform. Monitor and analyze client usage to ensure they are utilizing the system effectively. Act as the main point of contact for clients delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. Requirements: Strong understanding of data structures databases and the ability to interpret graphs. Excellent client-facing skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Native-level English proficiency with experience working with clients in the U.S. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Previous experience in software implementation or technical project management particularly in a SaaS environment. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – a strong advantage.
