Position: Junior Project Manager / Client Manager Location: Ra'anana Hybrid remote 1-2 days per week in the office) Company: Growing Startup in the Water Utility Sector Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager / Client Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with our water utility solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in project management and client relations. Key Responsibilities: Lead client onboarding assisting with system setup and ensuring smooth integration of our solutions. Provide continuous support troubleshooting any issues and guiding clients to use the platform effectively. Monitor client usage to ensure they are maximizing the value of our system. Act as the main point of contact for clients building strong lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. Requirements: Solid understanding of data structures databases and the ability to interpret graphs. Native-level English proficiency is a must. Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor's degree (required). Degree in Industrial Engineering is a strong advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in software implementation or technical project management ideally in a SaaS environment. Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
