Office Manager – Maternity Leave Cover
Part-Time | 80% Position Hours)
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR with employee engagement activities including happy hours and company events
Manage financial collection processes in accordance with Israeli and European business contracts
Oversee all aspects of office management and day-to-day operations
Supervise main IT systems including computers and network infrastructure
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in office management or HR – an advantage
Fluent in both English and Hebrew
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
Proactive independent and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy with a high level of logistics and office systems orientation
