What You’ll Do:
Handle receptionist duties: calls emails and visitor management
Manage office inventory and supplies
Assist with mailings and shipments
Provide ongoing client communication & customer service
Track purchases and receipts & Monday.com)
Support office staff with various administrative tasks
What You Bring:
2+ years of admin experience
Fluent English + strong Hebrew
Tech-savvy Office Monday.com a plus)
Detail-oriented & proactive
Excellent time management & teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have a car
Work Hours: Sunday – Thursday 9 AM – 5 PM
