Rehovot Hybrid. www.metasightdx.com SW Engineer Job Description: Develop and maintain internal computational infrastructure supporting data science work including an internal biobank management system platform for analysis of a large database of electronic healthcare records and a pipeline for analyzing OMICS datasets. Design develop and implement interfaces and APIs for accessing molecular and clinical data for collaborating data scientists chemists and clinicians. Participate in data science work aimed to develop novel molecular diagnostic signatures by utilizing machine learning. Qualifications: -B.Sc or higher degree in a Computer Science Engineering or a related quantitative discipline. -Proficiency in Python -a MUST.
