Marketing Manager – (JB-366) 📍 Location: Ra'anana Job Description: A leading defense company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, marketing automation, event management, and website management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product and sales teams to drive brand awareness and achieve business growth objectives. This role requires a proven track record in the defense industry, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and track high-performing campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve Demand Generation goals. ✅ Marketing Automation: Utilize HubSpot for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation. ✅ Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing industry events to promote company products and services. ✅ Website Management: Oversee and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging. ✅ Analytical Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. ✅ Product Marketing Support: Work closely with product managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales activities. Requirements: 🔹 Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven marketing experience in a defense company – mandatory. 🔹 Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (native-level proficiency required). 🔹 Marketing Automation & Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and WordPress. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms. 🔹 Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives. 🔹 Hands-On Execution: Strong attention to detail with experience in running successful marketing campaigns that drove measurable business results.
