What You’ll DoProvide technical support to our business customers Be the main point of contact for technical issues from our corporate clients Respond to tickets within SLA and with technical expertise Troubleshoot issues analyze logs and guide customers through resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution and communicate updates to clients Own customer interaction throughout the lifecycle of an issue Act as an on-call escalation point for high-priority incidents Document solutions to improve team efficiency and self-service options Take part in internal support projects and stay up to date with product updates Work closely with Program Managers Account Managers and Solution Engineers to resolve key issues Shift-Based RoleThe role requires availability 4 shifts per week Sunday through Friday.Shifts are during the hours of 08:00–23:00 either morning or evening shifts (not full-day).Flexibility required — shift hours may change according to team needs Availability for occasional off-hours escalationsMay include work on Israeli holidays Fluency in English is essential Requirements1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical support roleExperience with SaaS products – an advantage Experience working with global enterprise clients – a plus Familiarity with networking and APIs – advantage Experience using Chrome DevTools and strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of web technologies AJAX Java PHP Familiarity with Postman for API testing – advantage a company where your impact matters
