About Lightico Lightico digitally completes end-to-end customer journeys in real time — helping businesses collect documents eSignatures payments forms and more while on a mobile call — increasing speed trust and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical contact during implementations Build strong customer relationships and gather requirements Implement SaaS configurations CRM/call center integrations and customizations Identify ways to improve workflows and implementation processes Support testing troubleshoot issues and manage configuration deployments Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in technical solutions/implementation roles Customer-facing experience Knowledge of cloud platforms & REST architecture Excellent English Based in Israel with occasional travel abroad. The position is full-time Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ending one hour before the start of Shabbat on Fridays) with flexibility based on client needs.
