We are seeking a highly motivated VIP Account Manager to join our team and provide top-tier service to our high-value customers in the IGaming industry.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players.
• Monitor and analyze player behavior to maximize retention and engagement.
• Ensure VIPs receive a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing risk payments to provide seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to increase player value and optimize engagement strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the IGaming industry
• Fluent English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with back-office systems and customer management systems.
• Customer-driven and highly motivated with a proactive mindset.
• Independent thinker with the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
