Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team at Edu-Together on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules coordinating communication and ensuring smooth onboarding for new staff and customers. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient office operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The candidate must also be able to work independently and effectively in a position that is 85% remote.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage schedules and calendars to ensure seamless coordination of activities and class sessions.
· Communicate effectively with customers staff and stakeholders to provide timely updates and support.
· Oversee onboarding processes for new staff and customers ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
· Organize and maintain office documentation records and systems for streamlined operations.
· Assist in planning and executing company events meetings and initiatives.
· Posting company activities to social media platforms including Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and Instagram.
· Serving as a member of the administrative/leadership team.
· Being available for office based meetings and/or assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong English language written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in office management tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Tools CRM platforms).
· Ability to be legally paid in Israel and/or US.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience in office management or administrative roles particularly in the education sector.
· Familiarity with small business operations and onboarding processes.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
· Knowledge/experience in education is a plus.
