Responsibilities include:
Managing and prioritizing incoming calls emails and other communications
Coordinating calendars appointments and scheduling needs
Handling follow-ups and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Maintaining organized records files and workflow processes
Supporting daily operational needs as required
Qualifications:
Fluent English and Hebrew (spoken & written)
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Tech-confident; comfortable with Excel templates and basic AI tools
Proactive reliable and able to manage a variety of tasks
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with tax documents is a strong advantage.
