About the Studio:
Our studio specializes in creating bespoke glass art producing high-quality decorative and functional pieces. We pride ourselves on our creativity and craftsmanship in the world of glass art. We are seeking a skilled and responsible Studio Administrator to oversee the smooth daily operation of the studio in this dynamic and versatile role.
Role Overview:
The Studio Administrator will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient running of the studio including managing communications coordinating schedules overseeing studio operations and supporting both clients and the studio team. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Operations: Oversee the daily administrative and operational tasks of the studio ensuring the efficient use of time and resources.
Order Management: Coordinate and manage customer orders ensuring timely processing and delivery. Work directly with suppliers to procure materials.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize appointments studio visits workshops and other events. Ensure that the studio calendar is up to date and all activities are properly scheduled.
Client and Employee Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients handling inquiries processing orders and maintaining client records. Coordinate studio employees to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing payments and record keeping related to client orders and studio finances.
Marketing Support: Provide assistance in preparing marketing materials social media updates and other promotional content to help boost the studio's visibility.
Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is kept organized clean and conducive to a productive working environment.
Direct Support: Provide administrative support to the studio manager helping with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Hebrew and English (required).
Previous experience in an administrative role (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
High level of responsibility accuracy and independence.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
A proactive detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
An interest or passion for art and design is a plus.
