JOB OPP: Sales Administrative Assistant
On-site Sales Administrative Assistant - Evening hours
Haaretz Hatova is an Israeli company with a US client list and we’re expanding our Ramat Bet Shemesh office. We’re looking for a sharp service-oriented American administrative professional who can bridge time zones and keep our operations running smoothly during U.S. business hours.
What you’ll do:
-Serve as the first point of contact for U.S. partners and customers
-Qualifying prospective sales leads and booking sales meetings with the sales team
-Manage sales executive’s meeting schedules calendars Zoom/Teams meetings
-Prepare polished emails reports and presentations in native-level English
-Coordinate documents follow up on action items and keep our CRM tidy
-Handle client onboarding and facilitating handover to the operations team (training provided)
Work hours: 4pm-12am Sunday-Thursday. From the RBS office.
Requirements:
American English - native level
Proven CRM and administrative experience (tech or startup setting is a bonus)
Fast software learner
Organized and proactive
