IT Support Specialist
Our clients are primarily business owners who are focused on ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. IT networks systems and cybersecurity are generally not areas they have the time to address and that’s where we come in. We take care of all their IT requirements allowing them to focus on running their business with confidence knowing their data and systems are secure.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cloud infrastructure including endpoint management networking server administration Azure and Office 365 alongside a comprehensive understanding of on-premise technologies including networking. This role demands a service-oriented mindset exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and a meticulous focus on delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the IT Support queue and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Take full ownership of IT-related concerns collaborating with the team and subject matter experts across the business as necessary to address and resolve issues.
Document and standardize processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency of the service desk team.
Provide comprehensive support for the M365 environment and execute server and laptop configurations installations and repairs.
Install configure and maintain user software and communication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Establish and maintain effective communication with third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide on-site support for clients as per business needs ensuring consistent service quality.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
A valid driver’s license.
Proven experience in IT Support or Service roles with a strong technical background.
Proficiency in Office 365 Administration.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Server Administration.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn new technologies and skills with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to perform under pressure maintaining composure and focus in high-stakes situations.
Industry-recognized certifications Cisco are highly desirable.
