IT Helpdesk Support Representative

Who are we? We are a small experienced family-oriented IT company providing IT services to diverse companies in Israel and abroad. We are looking for a Helpdesk Support Representative for a dynamic and challenging role working directly with our clients.
Job Description:
Provide technical support to company clients across various IT areas.
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues in Windows and Mac environments.
Work with cloud systems such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Assist in user management resolve communication issues and install computer equipment.
Technical Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk role.
Practical knowledge and experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Basic hardware troubleshooting experience (e.g. adding memory to computers).
Proficiency with cloud systems Workspace and Microsoft
Basic familiarity with networking and communications.
High-level English proficiency – Mandatory
Significant Advantages for Experience in:
MDM user management systems such as JumpCloud and Intune.
Virtualization experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
Backup systems familiarity specifically with Acronis Cloud.
Networking and communications knowledge – understanding of DNS DHCP Routing.
Networking equipment – experience working with Firewalls Access Points Switches.
Required Skills:
Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple simultaneous requests.
Positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills – Mandatory
