I need a PSM Success Manager) for a 100 000 worth product company. This is a highly rewarding full-time and hybrid position in northern Tel Aviv. The chosen candidate will do much more than manage accounts. He/she will support the publishers in any aspect from technical assistance to business consultancy. The company needs experienced candidates in working with AdTech publishers. The PSM will be in charge of all optimizations upselling and promoting the publishers' needs internally. This role requires a very motivated individual who can listen learn and act quickly. The new PSM must be fully dedicated to the publishers' growth by learning their needs and adjusting the product to them. Job Requirements: ● 2+ years of proven work experience from a similar role or as Account Manager in the AdTech industry. ● Experience in working with digital publishers. ● Great communication skills (both in person and over the phone). ● Excellent writing skills and communication strategies. ● High attention to details and strong analytical skills. ● Understanding of the Publishing and AdTech landscape. ● Fluent English - reading writing and speaking. ● Academic degree in Economics/Finance/Communication/Management or equivalent. ● Strong Excel skills.
