Position Overview
We're looking for a strategic sales leader to drive our initiatives in the complex space of cross-border employment. This role requires someone who combines deep working knowledge of both Israeli payroll systems and US employment practices. should also have a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
The ideal candidate will be an active listener who can quickly understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities. will generate leads and approach sales with humility and understanding recognizing that they're not just closing deals but helping people and organizations navigate complex employment situations. As we grow this role offers the potential opportunity to build and lead a dedicated sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through handoff to operations
Build deep understanding of prospect needs through active listening and consultative selling identifying opportunities to expand service offerings Develop and articulate compelling value propositions that align our employment solutions with client needs and growth objectives
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic market research and direct outreach initiatives
Partner with the technical team to shape and optimize sales processes and CRM systems leveraging prior experience with CRM implementation and best practices
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across different time zones
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of successful sales with minimum 5 years experience in both B2B and B2C environments
Strong track record of building client relationships by understanding their needs and matching them to appropriate services
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities Working knowledge of Israeli payroll and HR practices at minimum gained through professional experience in Israel
Basic understanding of US tax implications and employment practices
Native-level English and fluent Hebrew
Experience collaborating on CRM system implementations and driving sales process optimization
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse clients
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US West Coast clients
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling complex professional services
Degree or certification in payroll accounting business or HR - Advantage
Previous team leadership experience
