Key Skills Required • Clear communicator in the English language (both written and verbal). • At least 2 years of experience in NOC management. • At least 2 years of experience in NOC. • Background in monitoring and working with monitoring tools. • Familiarity with Control-M – an advantage. • Capable of multi-tasking good time management and prioritization of workload. • After-hours availability required in cases of major events. • ITIL certified – an advantage.
