Full Time Administrative Assistant
We are a small boutique financial firm operating in the center of Jerusalem. We are looking for a full-time in-office admin assistant to join the team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s busy office environment. Our company is looking for someone who has a bright personality a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for an Admin Assistant who is eager to up-skill and learn. This is an on-premises role Sunday-Thursday 9am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities Include:
· Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Answering phone calls schedules meetings and support clients.
· Performing administrative duties such as filing typing scanning copying and data entry.

· Maintaining the office bookkeeping and payments to vendors.
Skills Required:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· English native tongue with a high level of Hebrew required.
· No bookkeeping skills necessary- you will be trained.
· Excellent time management skills ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Advantage given to those with proven admin or assistant experience.
· Knowledge of complex databases is a definite plus but not a requirement.
