Finance Operations Specialist
Location: Tel Aviv
Full-time | Reports to: CFO
We’re looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to manage financial processes and administrative support in a fast-paced global environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented organized and comfortable working independently while interacting with global teams and vendors.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Employee Expenses & Reimbursements: Process travel expenses and other employee reimbursements ensuring compliance with company policies.
Invoice & Vendor Management: Handle invoice processing vendor payments and financial administration.
Financial Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with financial documentation.
Coordination & Support: Communicate with employees and vendors about missing documents approvals and expense policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and international teams to streamline financial processes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in finance operations accounts payable or administrative finance—but we’re open to different backgrounds
Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
Comfortable communicating with international teams and vendors.
Basic proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP Hashavshevet or Kol Natun is a plus but not required.
