We are seeking a skilled highly motivated and eager-to-learn Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM you will play a key role in the success of our campaigns and help drive growth for our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of mobile app developers brands and agencies
· Oversee online campaigns and assess performance
· Utilize data-driven insights to analyze and optimize campaign results and provide yield strategy recommendations
· Handle technical deployment and execution of campaigns
· Contribute to business development efforts
Requirements:
· 1–2 years of experience in Customer management or a related role – preferably in tech digital media or advertising.
· Quick learner with an enthusiastic attitude
· High level of proficiency in English
· Great presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Strong team player with the ability to work independently
· Strong analytical and Excel skills
