Backend Team Lead | Yokneam We’re looking for a Backend Team Lead to join a leading projects company based in Yokneam (hybrid). In this role you’ll lead a small skilled team while remaining hands-on with backend development for an advanced training simulator system. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of two backend developers. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Take an active part in hands-on development code reviews and system design. Manage project timelines Agile processes and team performance. Ensure best practices in code quality scalability and maintainability. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend development. 2–3 years of proven team leadership experience. Strong experience in Agile methodologies. Background in .NET / WPF – an advantage. Active security clearance – mandatory. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Why Joining?
