Are You Our Next Sales Leader? We’re a fast-growing medical device company near Haifa and we’re looking for a Sales Leader to take what already works - and make it even better. If you're both strategic and hands-on team-minded and results-driven - we’d love to meet you. So what’s the role? You’ll be taking over global and local sales-people distributors processes and more - and shaping it into something structured measurable and scalable. If this sounds like you we want to hear: -You’ve led global sales processes and sales teams including distributors and direct sales reps. -You’ve got experience in medical devices (or something technical consultative and service-oriented). -You’re strategic but still love being hands-on. -You know how to build plans budget forecast track and optimize - but you’re also great with people. -You’re a team player humble but clear driven but flexible. You speak both numbers and emotions. -You're willing to work 4+ days a week in the office and open to travel abroad once a quarter. If this sounds like you – we’d love to hear your story.
