We're looking for a full-stack AI developer with a strong dev foundation – someone who’s ready to own the entire AI project: from strategy to execution. This is more than a dev role – it's a chance to lead shape and build. If you're hungry to make a real impact and grow fast – this is for you. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Take full ownership of our AI product vision & execution Design and build custom AI solutions (not just plug-and-play) Drive the project independently – from planning to delivery Collaborate directly with leadership product and marketing Set the foundation for a future AI team under your leadership WHO YOU ARE: Strong coder – solid background in Python / Node.js / Java Hands-on experience with AI/ML especially: LLMs Prompt Engineering NLP LangChain Vector DBs Model deployment with OpenAI Hugging Face TensorFlow etc. Experience with writing AI agents from scratch Hands on experience with Vibe-coding Product-minded: understand business needs and build smart solutions Self-starter with leadership potential – someone who makes things happen Creative ambitious growth-driven and ready to take the lead WHY ROLE IS SPECIAL: You'll own the entire AI initiative in a growing company Work in a central Tel Aviv location Get in early shape the vision and grow into a leadership role If you're looking to build own and lead – let’s talk.
