#AffiliateManager Affiliate Manager needed for a global forex company in the Sharon area We're looking for a performance-driven professional with experience in global affiliate marketing What You Bring: 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager ideally in forex/financial services Experience with global markets and multi-channel campaigns Hands-on with affiliate platforms (e.g. Everflow HasOffers Tune) Strong English – written & spoken Role includes bi-weekly international travel Work days: Sunday–Friday Key Responsibilities: Optimize Financial Operations: • Manage and improve affiliate payment processes revenue tracking and expense management. • Ensure secure and efficient payment processing working with PSPs and reconciling transactions. • Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and streamline financial systems. Drive Strategic Growth & Compliance: • Develop and implement tax strategies to reduce liabilities while staying compliant with international regulations. • Ensure timely accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with legal and accounting teams to stay updated on tax and compliance changes. Scale with Smart Financial Planning: • Create scalable financial structures that support growth and international transactions. • Evaluate the financial impact of launching new products and expanding affiliate partnerships. • Develop forecasts budgets and financial strategies to align with business goals. Lead the Finance Team & Collaborate Across Departments: • Build and manage a high-performing finance team mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence. • Work closely with sales operations legal and compliance teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. • Collaborate with data science teams to leverage insights for financial optimization. Fraud Prevention & Risk Management: • Implement fraud detection measures and monitor for unusual financial activities. • Mitigate risks associated with affiliate partnerships and payment processing.
