ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT YAEL ADVENTURES BIRTHRIGHT ISRAEL REGISTRATION TEAM Yael Adventures is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our registration team in Tel Aviv. This role is a key part of the registration process for both our classic Birthright Israel 10-day trips and our Volunteer programs. We need someone with excellent people skills and a native-level command of English to handle day-to-day administrative tasks including emails phone calls and interviews. You'll also be responsible for creating reports and providing support to our team. This role requires flexibility as hours will vary and include a mix of US and Israel time zones. Birthright Israel alumni are an advantage but not a requirement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform basic administrative tasks like answering emails and phone calls. Conduct interviews and assist with applicant communication. Create and maintain reports. Provide general support to the registration team for both 10-day and volunteer trips. REQUIREMENTS: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong people skills. Native-level English proficiency. Ability to be flexible with hours working across US and Israel time zones.
