You’ll be a strategic partner to our key clients helping them realize value scale their operations and drive business outcomes using our SaaS solutions. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience advocating for client needs and directly influencing our product roadmap. What You’ll Do: -Build strong trust-based relationships with decision-makers at key accounts. -Deeply understand client goals challenges and technical environments. -Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value. -Lead onboarding for new clients ensuring a seamless and value-driven start. -Troubleshoot technical issues with internal QA and product teams. -Advocate for clients internally influencing product improvements and innovation. -Act as a proactive hands-on partner — not just a vendor. What We’re Looking For: -3–5 years of Account Management experience strongly preferred). -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. -Experience owning the full client lifecycle — onboarding to expansion. -Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex solutions to business value. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. -Proactive entrepreneurial and highly adaptable — you take initiative and get things done. -Passion for innovation and thriving in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
