QA Team Lead & Automation) – Global FinTech Company Tel Aviv A leading FinTech company is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to manage and guide a team of QA engineers with full responsibility for the quality of complex Enterprise products. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a QA team handling both manual and automation testing. Ensure product quality and testing coverage for new and existing features. Optimize and balance manual and automated testing processes end-to-end. Collaborate closely with Development Product and DevOps teams in a dynamic Agile environment. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead (manual & automation). 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation and UI/API testing. Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: JavaScript / Java / Python / C. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. High-level English – verbal and written.
