About the Role As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a pivotal role in scaling X5 by identifying attracting and hiring top-tier talent across Israel and the US. Owning the full recruitment lifecycle - from strategic sourcing and screening to candidate experience and offer closing - you will act as both a hands-on recruiter and a foundational builder of our talent strategy. This role requires a blend of proactive candidate engagement strong relationship-building with hiring managers and the agility to navigate cross-border hiring in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in startups/tech companies. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles & IL-based roles including strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills as well as working across time zones and with US stakeholders. Technical Recruiting: Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineers Product Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills & English) with the ability to influence and build trust with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
